Placement Oriented Value-added Lab

POVAL UG 2025

The Placement Oriented Value Added Lab (POVAL) is a structured training initiative designed to equip final-year undergraduate students with the skills and confidence required for both higher education and campus placements. Through a blend of expert lectures, interactive workshops, and practical activities, the program focuses on aptitude building, communication skills, resume writing, group discussions, and interview techniques. It also introduces students to emerging career opportunities and higher education pathways. By simulating real-world selection processes and encouraging self-assessment, the lab helps students identify their strengths and areas for improvement, ensuring they are well-prepared to meet academic and professional challenges successfully.
