A Warm Welcome to the New Batch

The International School of Management Excellence (ISME), Bangalore, warmly welcomed the PGDM Batch 2026–28 as students embarked on an exciting new chapter of their academic journey. The onboarding activities on 11th and 12th July 2026 introduced students to campus life, faculty, peers, and facilities, followed by the Inauguration Ceremony on 13th July 2026, where distinguished industry and academic leaders inspired the incoming batch to embrace excellence, innovation, and lifelong learning. The event reflected ISME's commitment to nurturing industry-ready, globally aware, and socially responsible professionals while marking the beginning of a transformative two-year journey filled with learning, growth, and opportunities.

ISME Launches AI-Integrated PGDM Curriculum

ISME has introduced an AI-integrated PGDM curriculum designed to prepare future-ready management professionals. Developed in collaboration with industry experts and faculty during the Annual Board of Studies meeting, the revised curriculum embeds Artificial Intelligence across key business disciplines while introducing new-age courses, experiential learning opportunities, and emerging industry topics. This initiative reinforces ISME's commitment to delivering industry-aligned, technology-driven management education that equips students with the knowledge, skills, and adaptability to excel in an AI-driven business landscape.

Academic Excellence

Bloomberg Terminal Training at IIM Bangalore

Students and faculty members of ISME participated in an intensive Bloomberg Terminal Training conducted by the Centre for Capital Markets and Risk Management at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. The programme provided hands-on exposure to real-time financial markets, investment analysis, and business data analytics, enhancing participants' industry readiness and research capabilities. This initiative reflects ISME's commitment to experiential learning by integrating cutting-edge financial tools and real-world market insights into management education.

Five-Day Faculty Development Programme

ISME successfully organized a five-day Faculty Development Programme on "Pedagogical Innovation and Research Integration: Enhancing Engagement through Digital and AI-Enabled Tools." The programme brought together academicians and researchers to explore innovative teaching practices, AI-powered learning tools, case-based pedagogy, research methodologies, gamification, business simulations, and data analytics. Through expert-led sessions and collaborative learning, participants gained valuable insights into enhancing teaching effectiveness and research excellence. The initiative reaffirmed ISME's commitment to continuous faculty development, academic innovation, and preparing educators for the evolving landscape of AI-enabled management education.

Innovative Teaching Pedagogy Competition

ISME celebrated excellence in education through its Innovative Teaching Pedagogy Competition, recognizing faculty members for their creative and learner-centric teaching practices. The competition highlighted innovative pedagogical approaches that bridge classroom learning with real-world applications and enhance student engagement. Congratulations to Prof. Manasa Ravishankar (First Prize), Prof. Shashi Rekha Venugopal (Second Prize), and Dr. Sushyni Kothuri (Third Prize). ISME Signs MoU with TiE Bangalore

ISME signed a strategic partnership with TiE Bangalore under the TiE Campus-X Program, reinforcing its commitment to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship. Through this collaboration, students will gain exposure to founder talks, mentorship sessions, entrepreneurship master classes, innovation challenges, AI workshops, and networking opportunities with industry leaders. The partnership aims to equip students with an entrepreneurial mindset and real-world insights beyond the classroom.

ISME Student Completes International Internship at THWS, Germany

ISME student Kanak Agarwal successfully completed an international internship at THWS Business School, Germany, where she worked on developing an AI-powered financial copilot for SMEs. Through hands-on research and entrepreneurial mentoring, she developed FinPilot AI to a minimum viable product (MVP) stage while gaining valuable experience in digital business, startup development, and cross-cultural collaboration. This achievement reflects ISME's commitment to providing students with meaningful global learning opportunities and international exposure.

ISME Signs MoU with ICIB

ISME signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Indian Chamber of International Business (ICIB) to strengthen international collaboration and expand global engagement. The partnership will facilitate knowledge exchange, industry interactions, international networking, and collaborative initiatives, creating valuable opportunities for students, entrepreneurs, and the wider business community. This collaboration reflects ISME's continued commitment to fostering global partnerships and enhancing international exposure.

Celebrating the First B.Com with ACCA Graduating Batch

ISME proudly celebrated Caledonia 2026, the inaugural convocation of its B.Com with ACCA Batch (2023–2026), where graduates were awarded the BSc (Hons) International Finance degree from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh, UK. The ceremony was graced by Professor David Stevenson, who personally conferred the degrees, reflecting the strong international partnership between ISME, ISDC Global, and Queen Margaret University. The occasion marked a significant milestone in empowering students with globally recognized qualifications and preparing them for successful international careers.

Students Attend NHRD Bangalore Chapter Session

ISME undergraduate students participated in the NHRD Bangalore Chapter session on "Labour Codes 2.0: Your Execution Playbook", gaining valuable insights into the evolving labour landscape and its impact on HR, compliance, finance, and analytics. The interactive session also encouraged students to embrace continuous learning and professional networking, reinforcing ISME's commitment to providing meaningful industry exposure beyond the classroom.

Celebrating International Yoga Day 2026

ISME commemorated International Yoga Day 2026 with a wellness session themed "Yoga 365 – Yoga for One Earth, One Health," bringing together students, faculty, and staff to promote holistic well-being. Guided by wellness experts Dr. Ritu Kapoor and Dr. Shweta Sharma, participants explored mindfulness, emotional resilience, and healthy living. The event reflected ISME's commitment to fostering a culture of wellness alongside academic and professional excellence.
