Being fit is a lifestyle and we at ISME embrace it.
ISME.FIT is an initiative that aims to keep all our students fit, both physically and mentally. We believe that it is absolutely necessary to strike a balance between a healthy mind and a healthy body and therefore we have weekly Zumba classes where the students dance and laugh to their heart’s content, and as well as Workout sessions where they physically train to be resilient. The main objective of ISME.FIT is to develop strength, endurance and flexibility among students. Students look forward to the events conducted by ISME.FIT like marathons, yoga and Zumba.
