BuziBuzz 2025: A Grand Celebration of Talent, Innovation, and Leadership
BuziBuzz is an annual Management Fest organized by the students of ISME. This electrifying event brings together students from across Bangalore to showcase their innovation, strategic thinking, and leadership skills. From intense business case challenges to impactful presentations, BuziBuzz pushes you to hone your management expertise in the
most dynamic way!
But this isn’t just a typical management fest! BuziBuzz is a celebration for both spirit and your intellect. Imagine intense competition paired with spectacular technical events, dance performances, mind-blowing quizzes, a playground of activities, and high-energy music.
Inspiring Excellence Through Competition and
Collaboration
The International School of Management Excellence (ISME) proudly hosted BuziBuzz 2025, its flagship two-day intercollegiate fest, on 4th and 5th April 2025. Bringing together over 600+ participants from more than 46 colleges, the event served as a dynamic platform for students to showcase their talents, develop professional skills, and engage in meaningful competition across Management, Technical, Cultural, and Sports domains.
BuziBuzz 2025 reflected ISME’s commitment to experiential learning by creating opportunities for students to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world challenges while fostering innovation, creativity, leadership, and teamwork. The fest transformed the campus into a vibrant hub of learning, networking, and celebration.
Welcoming the gathering, Dr. Shampa Nandi, Assistant Dean, ISME, emphasized the importance of intercollegiate events in promoting holistic student development and experiential learning.
The keynote address was delivered by Mr. Saikat Das, a renowned industry expert in E-commerce and Retail Technology, who spoke on “How AI Will Change the Business Landscape.” His session provided valuable insights into emerging technologies and encouraged students to embrace innovation and entrepreneurial thinking.
The audience was further inspired by the Guests of Honour:
- Mr. Ram Kiran, a distinguished choreographer and member of the Indian Film and Television Choreographers Association (IFTCA), Mumbai, who shared his professional journey and engaged students through interactive sessions.
- Mr. Kiran Kumar Reddy, International Powerlifting Champion and Founder of Health Hub Supplements, who motivated students with his inspiring story of determination, discipline, and success.
The inauguration concluded with a spectacular cultural performance that celebrated creativity, unity, and youthful energy, followed by the official declaration of the fest by Ms.Pallavi Jain, Director – Admissions, ISME.

The management segment encouraged students to demonstrate their business acumen, analytical thinking, and leadership capabilities through events such as:

Participants tackled real-world business challenges, strategic decision-making exercises, case
analyses, and leadership simulations, gaining valuable practical exposure.
Technical Events
Technology enthusiasts showcased their coding, debugging, and web development skills through:

- Interface Insights
These competitions provided participants with opportunities to apply technical knowledge to innovative problem-solving scenarios while strengthening their programming and design capabilities.
Cultural Events
The cultural segment brought creativity and artistic expression to the forefront through dance, music, fashion, photography, and performance-based competitions. The events celebrated diversity, talent, and the vibrant spirit of student life.
Sports Events
Sports competitions promoted teamwork, discipline, resilience, and sportsmanship, contributing to the holistic development of participants and adding excitement to the fest.
Learning Beyond the Classroom
One of the key highlights of BuziBuzz 2025 was its emphasis on experiential learning. Students had the opportunity to interact with industry experts, alumni, academicians, and professionals who served as judges and mentors throughout the competitions.
Their valuable insights and constructive feedback enabled participants to enhance their professional competencies, communication skills, leadership abilities, and problem-solving capabilities.

The fest concluded with a grand valedictory ceremony that recognized outstanding performances across all categories. Winners were awarded trophies, certificates, and prizes for their exceptional achievements.
