Consultant Profiles

ISME’s consultants are drawn from our illustrious faculty members who have wide and varied experience in industry and academia. Nitin Garg, the Director of ISME, holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Tepper School of Management, Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelors and Masters in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay. Nitin has worked in the area of technology and management consulting and was a senior member of Deloitte Consulting in Philadelphia. Nitin has consulted with companies in the finance energy and public sector industries involving strategic analysis, process design, requirement collection, reporting analysis, implementation of roll-out strategies, user training and change management.

Sathyan Subbiah holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow and has close to 13 years of industry experience supporting the healthcare, life sciences and information technology industries with consulting/system design expertise across large corporates (IBM, Cognizant), mid-size corporates (i-flex Solutions, now Oracle Financial Services) and start-ups (Mu Sigma). Sathyan has diverse experience as a Market/Competitive Intelligence Consultant, Business Systems Analyst, Pre-sales Manager and Trainer and has consulted for Fortune 500 companies including Baxter and Anthem.

Anshu Sharma holds an MBA from ISB Hyderabad and a B.Tech & M.Tech degree from IIT Kharagpur. Anshu has 13+ years of industry experience with companies such as Maruti, 3dPLM Software, and Accenture with 7 years of experience in Accenture Strategy Consulting. In his role as a Principal with Accenture Strategy Consulting, Anshu has been a trusted advisor to the CXO’s of some of the world’s leading organizations in the automotive, consumer goods, travel, and industrial equipment space. Anshu specializes in strategy formulation and large scale business transformations across the value chain – from Sourcing, to New Product Development, Innovation Management, Sales & Operations Planning, Go-to-market, and Sales acceleration.

Dr. Swaroop D. Reddy Dean, Academics at ISME has over 30 years of experience in teaching, research, and management consulting. Dr. Swaroop has worked as a Senior Management Consultant at Booz Allen & Hamilton, Washington D.C. and was a professor at the University of North Texas, Denton, Texas. He has worked in in different capacities at the United Nations, New York and Texas A&M University, College Station, USA and Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad.

Kiran Kumar. K V an M.Com and MBA in Finance & Marketing has around 13 years of total experience with close to 7 years in the Banking, Wealth & Financial Services Industry. Kiran held the position of AVP – Retail Banking & Wealth Management at HSBC, before he moved to academics.

Engagement Model

We provide high-impact, highly interactive, short duration (2-3 hours) workshops on product definition, competitive landscape analysis and customer segmentation conducted in an environment designed to foster extensive peer-to-peer interaction and work with clients on a retainership basis thereafter.
