• Elimination: 2 elimination rounds 1per pool and the top 10 from both the pools will advance into the final play.
• Fair Play: Any form of cheating, including the use of hacks or unfair advantages, will result in immediate disqualification.
• Final Decision: The organizers’ decisions regarding gameplay and conduct will be final and binding.

• The tournament follows a knockout format.
• Each team consists of 6 players on the field and 3 substitutes.
• Match duration is 15 minutes, each half is 7.5 minute.
• In case of a tie, a penalty shootout will determine the winner.
• There is no offside rule in 6-a-side football.
• Throw-ins are replaced by kick-ins, with the ball needing to be stationary and played within 4 seconds.
• Goalkeepers cannot pick up a backpass from their teammate.
• Slide tackles are not allowed, except for goalkeepers within their penalty area.
• Teams must report to the venue 15 minutes before their match starts.
• The referee’s decision is final, and arguing with the referee may lead to disqualification.

RULES

• Teams and Players: Each team consists of 9 players. with a maximum of 3 substitutes allowed.
• Service: The service must be done within five seconds after the referee’s whistle, from the service zone without crossing the end line.
• The ball must not touch the net.
• Receiving the Ball: Players must catch the ball with both hands without any movement or sound within the hands. The ball must be thrown back within three seconds, only from above the shoulder level, and with one hand.
• Body Touch: The ball should not touch any part of the body excep the palm during catching or throwing.
• Shifting: Players must throw the ball from the same side they received it. Changing sides is considered “shifting” and is not allowed

DJ PASS DISTRIBUTION

• Free Entry: College students with ID & fest participants with prooF.
• Non-participant students – ₹200 per pass.

FOR PARTICIPANTS

• Passes will be distributed on Day 1 & Day 2 of the fest at a designated counter.
• Participants can collect passes from the event coordinators after their event ends.

RULES FOR DJ NIGHT ENTRY RULES

• Pass holders must carry their college ID along with the pass.
• Entry closes 30 minutes after the DJ starts; late entries won’t be allowed.
• No re-entry allowed once a person exits.
• Entry strictly prohibited for anyone under the influence of alcohol or any intoxicating substances.

1. On-spot registration will be open only from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM on 4th April 2025.
2. All participants must report sharply at 8:30 AM on 4th and 5th April 2025.
3. Participants are allowed to participate in multiple events but must ensure there are no clashes. The management and coordinators will not be responsible for any scheduling conflicts.
4. No outside eatables or beverages are allowed inside the campus.
5. All participants must maintain decorum; vulgarity and indecent attire are strictly prohibited.
6. Carrying ID card is must for all the all the participants and non-partcipants attending DJ.
7. For sports events, students must carry their respective college kits. If kits are unavailable, teams must maintain a uniform attire of the same color for identification.
8. Background audio for performances must be submitted by 25th March 2025.
9. Event coordinators hold the right to modify rounds and event details at any time.
10. Any violation of the rules and regulations will result in immediate disqualification.
