Industry Trajectory Program (ITP)

ISME has collaborative arrangements with top MNC’s for Industry Trajectory Program. The program enables students to undergo a four months’ internship followed by a job offer by December, six months before graduation.

The objective of the Industry Trajectory Program (ITP) is to prepare the selected students in their second year of the PGDM program for specific company and job requirements through customized coursework at ISME and 4 months of Industry Trajectory Program so that they are completely productive by the time they are on boarded full time.

First year consists of one week of Orientation course, three terms of eleven weeks each followed by ten weeks of summer internship. Second year also consist of three terms, eleven week each with Placement Oriented Value Added Term (POVAT) of four weeks. Dissertation and Industry training.

The Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt (THWS), Germany is one of the biggest universities of applied sciences with more than 9,300 students and about 200 professors.

THWS offers more than 40 Bachelors and Master’s degree program. The program’s cover technology, economics, social sciences, computer sciences, visual design and language.

A memorandum of understanding was signed during the visit of Dr. Rainer Wehner and Dr.Harald Bolsinger to ISME, Bengaluru on February 23, 2024.

The MoU opens doors to our postgraduate students of ISME to spend 3 months in the summer and be part of the THWS classes, which will be equivalent to the summer internship.

This association allows our students to get a Certificate based on the course taken and avail a complete waiver of Tuition fee (Food, accommodation and transport charges excluded). Top 5 students will be selected based on Merit.

Admission to the PGDM program at ISME is highly competitive. The Admissions team reviews applications on an individual basis looking at all aspects of an applicant’s professional and academic background. An elaborate selection process is followed to ensure quality enrolment

Eligibility:

Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree from any recognized educational institution/university in any stream or equivalent with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks. Good performance in one of the Management Aptitude Tests. Work experience would be an important consideration for admission.

Selection Process:

Stage 1: Complete Application Form (Online)
Every applicant seeking admission to ISME needs to complete the Application Form online, (https://isme.in/pgdm) attach the required documents and submit the entire application to ISME’s Admission Office

Stage 2: SOP (Statement of Purpose) round + GD (Group Discussion) + Personal Interview

Stage 3: Admission Decision
Based on the review of the application, CAT/XAT/CMAT score and the recommendation of the interview panel, the admission committee invites selected students for admission to the program. Admission Offer letter will be sent to the shortlisted candidates. The admission would be final only after the confirmation of Admission Acceptance from the candidate and the payment of the registration fee. Fee once paid is non-refundable.
