A session on Compensation and Benefits was conducted by Mr.Monarch Limaye, HR Director from Software AG in the campus. The session was a good exposure to the class as the industry lexicon of HR was opened up. The  class had questions on fringe benefits, perquisites and CTC. All in all it was an interesting lecture.
