Ujjal Gangopadhyay
Ujjal brings with him a vast experience of over 39 years with organisations like Guest Keen Williams Calcutta, Mc Dowellâs Distillery, Zensar Technologies, General Electric, Coca Cola India, Paramount Airways, and in Checkpoint Systems. He has held senior positions both in operational and strategic HR including start-ups, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, demonstrating skills through active participation in planning and execution, translating corporate objectives into tangible regional and local specific deliverables, manpower planning, hiring, training and delivering the right mix of people at the right time to the business for their operational needs. He has to his credit five joint ventures while he was with GE both in India and abroad, two joint ventures in the aviation industry while with Menzies Aviation. He was awarded by the Asia HR Congress in the year 2000 for the HR best practices while he was heading HR for Paramount Airways. Extensive change management, facilitation activities through lead roles during his tenure in General Electric has added to competencies that has widely helped in downsizing, ramping, & restructuring to suit the business requirements on a need basis. He has initiated change management at the floor in Elpro Pune for five hundred people successfully. He has recently been awarded by Economic times on November 22, 2023 in their employee leader category
Dr Sindhu Shantha Nair
Dr Sindhu is an experienced professional in Gen. Management and HR, with a demonstrated history of more than three decades, working with the best of the Industry (HSBC, QNB, IBM, DEI-UK) and Academia (ISME, Christ University, NMIMS, AGBS & CCSMS). She started her career in the Middle East and has headed HR functions in India. She holds Doctorate in the area of General Management & HR, from Christ University. She is the Founder and Consultant of the educational platform SISHANA, (âSeek, Inspire, Shine, Achieve, New Aspirationsâ, www.shishana.com). A self-motivated Educator with a passion for learning and sharing knowledge, she has brought a broader perspective, in teaching, mentoring, training & coaching. Her PhD was acclaimed as âan exceptional projectâ by the University of Michigan Scholarship. She has published a book on âOperational Excellenceâ, in health care. She is an invited Reviewer in Elsevier Journals, invited Editor for leading Publishers, and invited Judge for Global Conferences and an Author and an Editor in reputed journals. She is currently a Professor in HR & Gen. Management, Cluster Lead HR, Consultancy, Training & External Relations at ISME, Bangalore
