The curriculum has been designed in coordination with the industry & faculty from top management schools around the world & is continuously updated. ISME also offers a number of value additions. Rigorous personality development, business etiquette, and "Six Sigma" Black Belt Course Work are among the few of them.

The students of ISME are also exposed to the corporate world through series of industry visits & guest lectures by top executives from different industry sectors. Some of the students, prior to joining ISME, have worked in reputed companies.
